OYOGist.com has learned that the landlord of the property housing GLAM’D Africa; the company of Kiki Osinbajo, which is located in Abuja; Mr. Ayuba Musa has debunked claims by a US-based blogger, Jackson Ude, in relation to the ownership of the property.
The Publisher of Pointblank News had declared that the vice-president’s daughter owns the property situated on Durban Street, Wuse 2 which worth N800m, according to him. However, Kiki Osinbajo had refuted the claim about her ownership of the property, while dropping her landlord’s identity for members of the public to verify.
“For me, I found it quite strange that a grown-up man will sit in his house, and lie on me, a matured man who has children my age, possibly!”
“Like many young female folks in the country I work hard, it may be hard for people like him to believe that a young lady can work hard and succeed on her own,” the Vice President’s daughter wrote on her Instagram page.
Futhermore, in a disclaimer he signed on Friday, Ayuba Musa disclosed that the property wasn’t, at any point in time, sold to Osinbajo’s daughter or to anyone else.
According to him, he remained the right owner of the landed property and that all documents of the property were still carrying his name. He went further to challenge anyone in doubt to check with the FCT Administration.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Ayuba Musa said further that Kiki Osinbajo has been his tenant for over three years since April 12, 2017.
In reaction to the claim by the publisher, he said this on his social media page, “I have all my papers that are properly registered with Geographic Information Systems in Abuja.
“I have never sold, or have agreed to sell my landed property to Miss Kiki Osinbajo or to any other indidvidual; this is quite untrue.”
According to Punch Newspapers, the alleged publisher had also accused the Vice-President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, of collecting the sum of N4bn from the suspended boss of EFCC (Economic & Financial Crimes Commission), Ibrahim Magu, who is currently being questioned by a Presidential panel.
However, VP Yemi Osinbajo denied the allegations cast against him and has requested the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Adamu, to investigate the US-based publisher with a view to prosecute him on the accounts of criminal defamation.
