The Executive Chairman, National Union Road Transportation Workers, (NURTW) Lagos state Chapter Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya (aka MC OLUOMO) has appointed Alhaji Agboola Olarewanju Hakeem popularly known OKORO as a new branch chairman Idomuta D, Lagos Island yesterday at the NURTW Secretariat, Agege Lagos.
Local govt news authoritatively gathered that, the new appointment ceremony was done amidst all members present and social distance rules were strictly adhered to. Oath of office was taken and certificate were issued with immediate effect.
The Lagos State Government has also congratulated Managing Director Agbos Motors Alhaji Agboola Olarewaju Hakeem (aka OKORO), on his new appointment as the New Branch Chairman Idumota D, Lagos Island, NURTW.
This new role will mark, the new beginning in Lagos Island, because in recent times, there have been rancour and disagreement among the members of the Union. Okoro reiterated that, the Branch D of the NURTW will be free from violence but peace and unity”, says the new appointed chairman.
