The suspended National Deputy Secretary of the All Progressives Congress APC Victor Giadom, has exclaimed that only the party’s National Executive Council, NEC, can solve the current management crisis.

Victor Giadom said APC be handed over to a greater organ and excluding the party’s National Working Committee, NWC. The suspended National Deputy Secretary of All Progressive Congress, APC noted this while interacting with journalists in Abuja, Yesterday.

Victor Gaidom reported: “I have usually insisted at the beginning of this unhilarious crisis that the only solution to get to the bottom of this problem is to surrender this party to a greater organ which is the best.

“And I am still insisting that the solely way to get ourselves out of this problem is to convoke a NEC meeting. That is the solely route out, I have the feeling that there is no different route to have peace and justice in this party without through a NEC assembly that has been my decision.

“There definitely has to be an NEC meeting. NEC is the greater organ above the NWC, I do not see any reason why they are afraid. You have to obey this organ so that the right would be finished and each other selection that has been taken by the leadership would definitely be ratified by NEC. So if we do not have a NEC meeting, it would be hard to unravel this crisis.”

The current leadership disaster in APC began with the suspension of its National Chairman, named Adams Oshiomhole through an Appeal Court.

Against this backdrop, Giadom had pronounced he used to be Oshiomhole’s replacement. Giadom’s move to head the ruling party was, however, aborted by APC National Working Committee, NWC. The NWC had selected former Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi as Acting chairman.

Giadom was, however, restricted from parading himself as All Progressive Congress, APC Deputy National Secretary by a Rivers State High Court, couple of days ago. The court had announced the ruling while appointing an ex parte order.
