American rapper, Kanye West, donated $2 million on Thursday to the families of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd, as well as set up a college fund for Floyd’s daughter Gianna, OYOGist.com reports.
Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd were all victims of racism in the U.S as they were killed by white men.
TMZ reports that donations made to Arbery and Taylor’s families by Kanye were to help cover the legal costs.
Kanye also established an education plan to fully cover college tuition for Gianna Floyd.
West’s donation follows several others including The Weeknd, Drake and others in the bid to help the victims families.
