OYOGist.com has learned that England Legend Les Ferdinand has praised Nigeria super eagles and Newcastle United target Ebere Eze as he labelled him as gifted and talented midfielder. Ferdinand who is Eze’s club (Queens Park Rangers) director of football, can’t hide his love for the young midfielder and he said the club can’t afford to lose their star player in the summer transfer window.
Eze has been in excellent form for Queens Park Rangers this season and he has scored 12 goals with 8 assists for QPR in all competitions this season before the championship was postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic, the youngster has now been attracting interest from English premier league teams like Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace, Liverpool before Newcastle United recently joined.
It was gathered that Crystal Palace made an offer in the last winter transfer window but the offer was rejected but Tottenham Hotspur have been looking forward to sign the star midfielder in the coming Summer transfer window. Newcastle United are also planning to strengthen their squad next season if they eventually sell the club and they’ve identity Eze as one of their top target.
