Arteta Promotes Two Academy Youngsters Into Arsenal’s First Team

According to report reaching OYOGist.com, Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta has promoted two youngsters to join the senior players in training. It’s been gathered that academy stars Matt Smith and Trae Coyle have been promoted to Arsenal’s first-team training.

Premier League set to resume back on 17th of June. The Gunners will play their outstanding match against Manchester City on Wednesday, June 17. According to reports gathered, Smith, is a 19 midfielder while Coyle, 19, plays from the right wing of attack in the academy.

The north London side have been known to have produced talented youngsters such as Nketiah, Bukayo Saka, Joe Willock, Maitland-Niles who have all been given opportunities on the field under Mikel Arteta.

Arsenal’s last game was a London derby against West Ham at the Emirates. Alexander Lacazette came off the bench to score the only goal of the game. Arsenal are ninth in the league table with the hope of qualification for next season European competition looking unlikely.
