Nigerians drag Aljazirah for using the wrong picture of Chioma who recovered from COVID-19

Nigerians are dragging the multinational news outlet after its Nigerian subsidiary, Aljazirah Nigeria Newspapers, inadvertently posted the picture of Chioma Akpotha as Davido’s fiancee in an article, OYOGist has gathered.

Davido announced on Sunday the 19th of April that his fiancee, who is also the mother of his first son, Chioma Rowland, had tested negative to Coronavirus.

So, you can imagine how Twitter went amok when Aljazerah published an article featuring the image of Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha in an article that announced the COVID-19 negative result of Davido’s finacee Chioma Rowland.
