OYOGist.com has learned that recently, President Muhammadu Buhari set aside a sum of money to be disbursed to citizens to ease their hard mshio and prevent them from going out during the period of Quarantine.
President Muhammadu Buhari set aside committee to disburse this fund to people. The committee then plan to disburse the money through bank transfer to citizen.
This committee has taken record of people with valid BVN. They estimated it to be around 40million this is not even up to the population of Nigeria.

This process has remained eyebrow among the citizens as some of them do not even have a bank account not to talk of BVN.
Lawyer Olusegun Bamgbose has now come out to defend this people as he is telling the committee to find a way to disburse their own fund to the people without bank account or BVN.
He said everyone deserves equal right and those without a bank account or valid BVN also deserve their own share of the money
He also commended the work of the committee as he said the utilization of BVN is a good idea but they should consider people in towns or areas without technology.
