There was commotion in the air at Ogbobo Baptist Grammar School, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State after an SS2 student, Temitope Ayeni beats up a female yoruba teacher Mrs Abosede Ajikawo for cursing and insulting his parents.
It was gathered that Mrs Abosede Ajikawo has been in the habits of insulting and cursing students who fails to answer her questions correctly thereby extending the insults to their families.
It took the intervention of other teachers and staffs before she was let go by the student as other students gladly watched and hailed the student.
Some students who spoke on anonymity said the teacher deserves to be beaten as there is no day Mrs Abosede doesn’t insult or curse their parents.
Speaking on the incident, the Principal Mr Okeowo Ahmed says the matter will be closely looked into as no student has the right whatsoever to lay his or her hands on any teacher
