Update on Abule Egba Pipeline Fire Outbreak (Videos, Pics)

The fire explosion that occurred at Abule Egba on Sunday 19 January 2020 was caused by a pipeline carrying flammable content. Residents are complaining about suffocation and heat as the fire continues to burn.

Social media users have reported that fire fighting operators have gotten to the scene of the accident and are trying to put out the fire.

We are yet to confirm if there are casualties and how many there are. Some users have said that people have been burned by the fire.

It is also reported that the entire road connecting Ekoro road to Abule Egba is smelling of Petrol. See more videos and images taken by members of the community that are affected by the Abule Egba fire outbreak below.
