An associate professor of Surgery and consultant urologist has just been pronounced dead in Gumel, Jugawa State. He died because of a lack of N200 cannula at the hospital.
The professor was involved in a road traffic accident and was rushed to a General Hospital, but could not make it due to the absense of Cannula that sells for merely N200 ($0.55) needed to resuscitate him at the hospital.
