According to eyewitness, Robert Maraj was strolling Across the road in Mineola on Long Island during the weekend when he was hit by a car that kept going.
He was later confirmed dead at a hospital, in Mineola.Meanwhile, Police authorities are asking any witnesses to the fatal crash to come forward.
