According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, the Olu of Warri, Delta State has allegedly died of COVID19 complications yesterday, few weeks after his fifth coronation anniversary.
Sources gathered that the Olu had earlier met with the late Major General John Irefin, who died from COVID-19 complications also.
“Olu of Warri is dead but the palace chiefs are trying to keep the information hidden from the public till they are sure the time is right,” the source added.
The late Olu of Warri got titled on the 12th of December 2015.
