A police officer that shot Rayshard Brooks, the black man who was arrested for sleeping in the parking lot of a Wendy’s restaurant has now been charged with felony murder, OYOGist.com reports.
The police officer, Garrett Rofle, who was already dismissed from the Atlanta Police Force, now faces 11 different charges in connection to the killing of Rayshard Brooks.
The other officer that was captured in the video will be testifying as a witness in the case according to the Fulton County District Attorney.
