According to a complaint lodged at Monguno Police Division around 6:20 p.m., Maidugu Mustapha from Gana Ali Ward accused Mohammed Ibrahim Angoli, a Forest Guard officer, of shooting his 24-year-old son, Ajiya Mustapha, in the back using an AK-47 rifle.
