Across the 33 local government areas in Oyo State, numerous party supporters-both longstanding and newly interested-have yet to complete their data registration due to persistent technical setbacks. In a statement released on Wednesday by Olawale Sadare, the Publicity Secretary of Oyo APC, the party emphasized that requiring the National Identification Number (NIN) and Permanent Voter Card (PVC) for registration is a strategic move.
