Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Welcomes Over 2,000 Fresh Students for 2025/2026 Academic Year
On Thursday, Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic in Eruwa officially inducted more than 2,000 new students into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs for the 2025/2026 academic session. The matriculation ceremony, held at the institution’s main auditorium, marked the formal commencement of their academic journey, with the Acting Registrar administering the matriculation oath to the freshers.

Dr. ‘Gbade Akinteye, the Acting Rector, warmly welcomed the newcomers, emphasizing that matriculation represents a pivotal milestone in both their educational and personal growth. He encouraged the students to uphold discipline, maintain academic focus, and make prudent decisions throughout their time on campus to maximize their potential.

Dr. Akinteye also celebrated the Polytechnic’s recent national acclaim, noting that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) ranked Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic as the third-best polytechnic in Nigeria in 2024. In addition to academic progress, the Polytechnic has invested in infrastructure, completing two new lecture halls to accommodate the growing student body.
