Oyogist has learned that several irritate thugs recently launched an attack on traders who arrived at Ojo, Alaba for collection of their PVC’s.
The incident which happened earlier today caused severe pandemonium in the locality, as several traders ( who were mostly Igbos) sustained several degree of injuries.
It was said that the thugs threw sharp objects, including stones at the victims.
One of the traders had a cut on his left eye, while another was brutally injured.
Efforts to contact the state police commissioner proved abortive as at the time of filing this report.
Recall a former governor of Anambra state and 2023 Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi earlier today, called on the Independent and National Electoral commission to help Nigerians who are willing to get their permanent voters card, PVC, do so with ease.
