Boxer Amir Khan, recently got robbed on a night out with his wife Faryal Makhdoom in Leyton, east London, Oyogist reports.
According to the boxer, two men approached him at gunpoint and robbed him of his watch worth a whopping 72k Euros.
The former world boxing champion took to Twitter to recount the incident, stating that he and his wife were unharmed.
Khan wrote in a tweet obtained by oyogist, “Just had my watch snatched off me at gunpoint in East London, Leyton.Faryal (Khan’s wife) and I crossed the road together, luckily she was a few feet behind me.
“Two men approached me, one of whom demanded my watch while pointing a revolver at my head. The most important thing is that we’re both safe.”
