OYOGIST has learned that an Indian woman, Jivunben Rabari has claimed to have birthed her first child at age 70.
Jivunben Rabari alongside her husband Maldhari, 75, welcomed a son, whose name they withheld through IVF earlier this month.
Rabari stated that she doesn’t have an ID to prove her age, but confirmed to reporters that it was 70.
She is currently one of the oldest first mothers in the world behind Erramatti Mangayamma, who had twin girls in September 2019, aged 74.
Rabari and Maldhari, from a small village called Mora in Gujurat, India, have been married for 45 years and have been trying unsuccessfully for a baby for some time.
