Oyogist.com has learned that the Nigerian House of Representatives has summoned the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Ibrahim Attahiru to give account of how the $1 billion approved by the federal government for fighting of insurgency in the country was spent.
The House ad-hoc committee in charge of reviewing the purchase and use of arms said the money had been approved and released during the tenure of the immediate past service chiefs, but had rumours that the money can not be traced.

t therefore summoned the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Ibrahim Attahiru to appear before the house on or before April 7.
