Nigerian female comedienne, Emanuella Samuel, has claimed her spot in the Nickelodeon’s Kid Choice Awards 2021 as she emerged the winner in ‘Favorite African Social Media Star’ category.
Among those nominated for the award include Nigeria’s Ikorodu Bois, South African magician Wian Van Den Berg, Uganda’s Ghetto Kids, Kenya’s social media sensation Elsa Majimbo, and Bonang Matheba from South Africa.
The show, hosted by Kenan Thompson had in attendance various celebrities and dignitries, including the US Vice President, Kamala haris.
Emmanuella is currently Nigeria’s biggest child YouTuber and comedian, appearing on Mark Angel’s comedy skits with over six million subscribers.
