Oyogist.com has learnt that Femi Fani-Kayode has instructed the Minister of defence in Nigeria, Bashir Magashi to provide live Ak-47 ammunition for Nigerians in order for them to be secure against banditry in the country.
The minister while speaking yesterday on the ongoing bandits’ attacks in the country alleged that some of these bandits sometimes possess a “few rounds of ammunition”.
Reacting, Fani-Kayode described the Minister as a failure.
He said:
“The Defence Minister says Nigerians are cowards, that they always run when attacked by terrorists and that they should defend and protect themselves.“Does he know that it is his job to protect the people, and he failed?“
“Equip every Nigerian with an AK 47 and see if they will still run.”
