Oyogist.com has learnt that Popular Disc Jockey, Dj Cuppy has sued Davido’s personal assistant for libel and defamation.
Recall that oyogist.com had earlier reported that Israel dmw accused Dj Cuppy of cheating and using Zlatan ibile and also described her as a fake friend.
Dj Cuppy has reacted to the allegations via her verified twitter- handle
She tweeted: “For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!, See you in court Isreal.”
