According to report reaching oyogist.com, a former Nigerian Minister of Sports, Bala Bawa Ka’oje, has reportedly died at the age of 60.
The sad news of his death was made known in a statement released by Nigeria Football Federation’s spokesperson, Ademola Olajire, titled ‘Former Sports Minister Ka’oje dies at 60, buried in Abuja’.
Also mourning him is the NFF General Secretary, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, who described Bala Bawa Ka’oje, as “a dignified and unassuming public servant who showed great passion and interest in the development and improvement of Nigeria sports.”
