Publisher of Sahara Reporters Omoyele Sowore on Tuesday arrived at the Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja in handcuffs.
The Chief Magistrate Mabel Segun-Bello is predicted to listen to Sowore’s bail application.
The former presidential candidate was on Monday arraigned alongside four others by the federal government on three charges of criminal conspiracy, unlawful assembly, and attempting to incite others.
The prosecution alleged that the defendants were arrested in Abuja on New Year eve with placards calling for a violent revolution against President Muhammadu Buhari.
Sowore and also the others pleaded not guilty.
