President-elect Joe Biden contended he could re-open “most” American schools during his first 100 days in office but as long as Congress provides the needed funding.
“If we get the funding from Congress can get most of our schools open during our first 100 days,” he said while introducing more of his nominees and appointments on Friday. “But Congress has got to act.”
