The Government of the State of Osun under the Administration of Mr.Adegboyega Oyetola has put in situ necessary measures to form this year’s Christmas and New Year yuletide convenient for Osun indigenes coming to the State for the celebration.
This is contained during a handout signed by the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Industry, Cooperatives and Empowerment, Dr. Bode Olaonipekun.
According to the discharge ,for those coming home for Christmas celebration,the free train ride would depart Iddo railway terminus in Lagos on Thursday,24th December,2020 while New Year free train ride would depart Iddo terminus on Wednesday,30th December,2020 by 10.00am respectively.
The Commissioner stated that the free train ride would return to Lagos on Saturday, 2nd January, 2021 at Osogbo railway terminus to Iddo by 10.00am and 2.00pm.
He urged all Osun Indigenes to avail themselves of this free rail service and strictly observe the Covid-19 protocols.
