President Muhammadu Buhari has pledged to aggressively address the nation’s security challenges, saying things will never be an equivalent again in 2021.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the president made this position known while reacting to the discharge of the abducted students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina State, at his country home, Daura.
The president, who pledged never to betray the reality reposed in him by Nigerians, said he was very worried about the safety situation in some parts of the country.
”It is our responsibility to secure this country for all the citizens to try to to their businesses with none problem. We haven’t achieved that yet, but, we’ll keep it up trying
”I’ll still be loyal to the present country. I even have asked for this mandate; I got it, i need to not advance any excuse for failing to perform.
”On the difficulty of insecurity, I’m extremely worried about it, and that i hope next year it’ll vary . Those among the enforcement agencies that might remain responsible would be extremely busy,” he said.

He also reiterated the commitment of his administration to still provide all needed support to the safety agencies to enable them discharge their responsibilities diligently.
The president, who stated that the efforts of the nation’s security agencies weren’t ok , charged the safety officials to redouble their efforts in protecting lives and property of the citizens.
He said: ”We have tons of works before us and a few of those things we might not say because I don’t want to compromise the safety and efforts being put by the enforcement agencies.
”But really we are accurately conscious of our responsibilities. Our responsibility is to secure the country, so we’ve tons of works to try to to .
”Armed forces know their job. I meet them, we’ve security meetings from time to time, they need to be very beyond my instructions, and their effort isn’t ok on behalf of me
”It is our responsibility to secure this country for all the citizens to try to to their businesses with none problem.
