According to report reaching oyogist.com, the Adamawa state Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri, has reportedly ordered the immediate vacation of all schools in the state so as to end the first academic term.
Governor Fintiri, made this known in a statement which was released by his Press Secretary, Mr Humwashi Wonosikou, in the state capital, Yola, on Friday.
The statement stated that; “This is to allow school children go home early for the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
“The schools are to resume for the second term on Jan. 11, 2021,” while adding that the direction should be strictly adhered to by all school principal administrators in the state.
