According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, present Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Tanko Muhammad has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 and is currently receiving treatment in the United Arab Emirates.
This recent development was disclosed by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa, a member of the supreme court during the unveiling of the national headquarters of the Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (MULAN) in Abuja.
Justice Muhammad was unavoidably absent at the swearing in of the 72 new Senior Advocates of Nigeria on Monday.
