According to report reaching oyogist.com, the All Progressive Congress (APC) Forum of State Chairmen have reportedly praised the National Executive Council (NEC) of the party over the dissolution of the of all wards, states and national organs of the party noting it a a good development.
“The decision to dissolve the Exco of the party was in the interest of the party. The outcome of the NEC meeting was in the interest of the party to further strengthen the party and further streamline the processes and solidify the party and by the time the Caretaker Committee finishes its work, we will have a more formidable party. We have more forward looking and more progressive political party,” the Enugu state APC Chairman, Dr. Ben Nwoye, noted in his remarks on the new development in the party.
The All Progressive Congress (APC) state chairmen have now aired their support for the NEC decision, stating that the new development would bring about sanity to the party.
The All Progressive Congress had earlier on Tuesday 8th of December, 2020 met at the APC State House in Abuja for an emergency NEC meeting which saw to the dissolution of the all the party organs and structures.
