According to reports reaching Oyogist.com, Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has awarded several equipments to the Enugu State Fire Service.
The Governor handed over four rapid response vehicles and a 12,000-liter capacity water tanker to the State Fire Service earlier yesterday.
According to Ugwuanyi, “this is to aid the State Fire Service operations, especially during the dry season.”
Oyogist.com can recall that earlier in 2019, Governor Ugwuanyi donated several fire fighting lorries and okayed the construction of fire service offices in many areas of the state.
