According to reports reaching Oyogist com, a certain mechanic named Amos Dauda, would receive 15 strokes of cane for stealing an iPhone worth N150,000.
Amos Dauda allegedly sneaked into his victim’s home while he was fast asleep and stole his iPhone worth N150,000. He was then caught while trying to escape from the house, and immediately reported to local authorities.
He was later arraigned on a two-count charge for criminal trespass and theft and sentenced to 15 strokes of cane.
