Unknown gunmen on Saturday night attacked the Kusada residence of a member, House of representatives, Abubakar Yahaya Kusada, where two persons were allegedly abducted.
Kusada may be a former Speaker Katsina state House of Assembly and now a Member of the House of Representatives.

“At around 1 am, unidentified assailants attacked the residence of a Member representing Kusada, Kankia and Ingawa federal constituency in Katsina State,” a source has said.
“The assailants took away two house helps, a lady named Talatu, and a young man named Suleiman,” the source added.
Other sources said initially the suspected kidnappers were said to possess asked the whereabouts of the politician’s mother whom they were told wasn’t around.
“They then took away the 2 victims both of whom are close relations to the lawmaker.”
