Oluseun Onigbinde, a Nigerian entrepreneur and open data analyst popularly known as the co-founder and CEO of budgIT, a Nigerian civic startup, just declared his ambition that he may run for president in 2023 on his official twitter handle @seunonigbinde.
He also added his 10 point agenda which he intends to offer if emerged as the next Nigerian president.

In his tweet, he posted that: “Just gave myself a good 15-minute pitch of my 2023 agenda. It’s getting clearer that I may run for President.”
His 10-point Agenda include;
- State Policing
- Graduated Federalism
- Export-led/Investment-driven growth
- Compulsory National Identification linked to social contract
- Public sector Efficiency/Civil service reforms
- Judicial Reforms
- Defence/Intelligence overhaul
- Infrastructure – Roads, Ports, Rail & Power. $20bn dedicated fund.
- Quality Healthcare – access for poor & vulnerable especially tertiary services
- Outcome-based education reforms
Don’t ask me about agenda for youth. It’s there already.
This has brought about my reactions from twitter users when most people criticize the agenda and asked on how he is going to achieve the agenda.
