OYOGist.com has learned that days after the Northern Governors met about the social media regulation, the southern governors also met lately and have declared their total support of the social media regulation.
According to reports, President Muhammadu Buhari’s chief of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari, met with some monarchs of the southern states and the discussion was entirely about the social media regulation.

Many dignitaries were present at the meeting. Some of them are, the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu Aketi, Ekiti State Governor, John Kayode Fayemi, the Inspector General of Police, Muhammad Adamu, the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Muhammad and many others whose names aren’t mentioned here.
