President Trump to Remove Sudan from US Blacklist

US President, Donald Trump has initiated plans to remove Sudan from the US terror blacklist after it pays an agreed amount for the compensation of American victims and their relatives.

President Trump said that the Sudan has earlier on agreed to pay a $335 million (€285 million) package to American victims of attacks and their relatives.

President Trump said;

“At long last, JUSTICE for the American people and BIG step for Sudan,” Trump posted on Twitter.

“Once deposited, I will lift Sudan from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list,” he added.
