Poland star Robert Lewandowski scored a perfect hattrick for German Bundesliga and European League Champions Bayern Munich, as they defeated Eintracht Frankfurt 5-0 at Allianz Arena on Saturday afternoon, oyogist.com reports.
The former Borussia Dortmund star continued his excellent performance for Hansi Flick’s team on Saturday as he scored with a left, right, and a header to complete his hat-trick in the game.
The host opened scoring through Robert Lewandowski in the 10th minutes with his left foot, after receiving an assist from Kingsley Coman, before he doubled the lead in the 26th minutes with his right foot, to end the first half 2-0.
The Polish completed his hat-trick in the 61st minutes through a beautiful header, after receiving a cross from Douglas Costa. Substitute Leroy Sane scored his team’s 4th goal of the game in the 73rd minutes, before youngster Jamal Musiala scored the last goal in the 90th minutes to end the match 5-0 in favour of the host.
With Robert Lewandowski’s perfect hat-trick against Frankfurt, it means he has broken a new record in German Bundesliga.
