The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has released the list of the police officers currently standing trial for various cases of human rights abuse and police brutality cases, OYOGist.com reports.
The list includes those facing cases ranging from armed robbery to manslaughter and murder.
The state Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr Moyosore Onigbano has called on the public to keep track of the ongoing prosecution of the matters.

Governor Sanwo-Ole further outlined the offences of the charged Police officers and when they’re cases will continue to be prosecuted in the courts. The Governor further implored the youths to nominate two members to seat on the panel of the Judicial Inquiry that will observe the public prosecution of the police officers.
