Information reaching oyogist.com shows that a certain CSP James Nwafor Commander of Anambra State Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), was the chief mastermind of certain Extrajudicial Killings by officials of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
A Twitter User with handle @Reform Nigeria wrote on her Twitter page;
