The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Ogun State Chapter has critizied the State Governor, Dapo Abiodun for gifting N5 miillion and a 3-bedroom bungalow to Laycon, The Big Brother Naija lockdown edition winner 2020.
The Ogun State chapter of NANS described Governor Abiodun’s Action as “the height of irresponsibility and recklessness”.
The Organization wondered how a Governor in this Covid-19 era cough out N5m cash and a 3 bedroom bungalow to Laycon, whereas there are many poor people on the street, crying for help.
Oyogist.com gathered that the students further revealed they won’t fold their hands and “watch the Governor squander taxpayers money” on an individual for winning BBNaija, especially during this period of economic recession.
