According to reports reaching OYOGist.com, the Rivers State Governor, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike is currently in Ondo State for the final campaign rally of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the Saturday Governorship election in the State.
Governor Wike was received by the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde alongside the former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwakwanso.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Eyitayo Jegede (SAN) is hoping to unseat the incumbent Governor of the State, Governor Akeredolu of the All Progressive Congress (APC) on Saturday October 10, 2020.
While the Peoples Democratic Party is also hoping to deprecate their victory during the Edo State governorship election in September which saw the incumbent Governor, Godwin Obaseki retain his seat after defeating his major contender, Pastor Izu-Iyamu.
