According to report reaching OYOGist.com, Juventus star, Douglas Costa has joined European giants Bayern Munich on loan for the rest of the season. The Brazilian forward makes a return to the German Bundesliga giants after leaving the club three years ago to join Juventus.
Bayern Munich released an official statement to confirm the arrival of Douglas Costa.
“FC Bayern have signed Douglas Costa on loan from Juventus. The Brazilian, who played for the German record champions from 2015 to 2017, arrives on loan from Juventus for this season,” the club stated.
“Three years ago, the winger moved from Munich to the long-established Italian club, where he has celebrated winning the Serie A championship every season since.”
Douglas Costa after returning to Bayern Munich has this to say: “I’m very happy to be playing for FC Bayern again. I had a wonderful time in Munich with lots of successes and I’m sure we’ll win titles again.”
