Manchester United have had a quite transfer window this summer, having failed to secure the signature of Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho following the player’s staggering £100million asking price, oyogist.com reports.
However, having moved on from Sancho’s saga, the Red Devils went ahead and completed the signing of Donny Van de Beek from Ajax in a deal said to be around £40million, making him their first summer signing after a long wait from United fans.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side officially announced the signing of Van de Beek on Tuesday and has signed a five-year deal which will keep him at the club until 2025.
On the other hand, concerning the personal terms, the Daily Express claim that the Netherland international is going to earn about £107,000-a-week at Old Trafford i.e. £27.8million in the next five-years.
