After Henrik Larsson appointment as one of Ronald Koeman’s coaching staff, one major transfer rumour which has followed is Barcelona’s interest in Larsson’s son Jordan who plays for Spartak Moscow, a club in Russia, oyogist.com reports.
Jordan is 23 years old and he has impressed at Spartak after joining the club from Norrkopin for €4 million. He has scored 11 goals in 32 appearances for Spartak in the 2019/2020 season. Jordan is capable of playing as a centre-striker, left winger and a right winger. He has the qualities required to thrive at Barca and moving to Camp Nou where is father is now a part of the coaching staff could be a good idea.
However, when Spartak heard about the rumour linking their star player with a move to Barca, they immediately made a move by releasing a statement regarding the rumour.
According to reports, the statement reads: “We can guess who Barça’s next big objective will be (Jordan) but he’s a very important player for us. Prepare €100m to sign him or there’s no point talking with us.”
