Andre Coelho is now officially a Barcelona player having passed his medical, after signing a two year deal that will see him remain at Catalonia till 2022. The 26 year old Portuguese international signed from Benfica and was part of the team that won the European Championship, oyogist.com reports.
When asked by the media about his move the Portuguese said” I am very happy to be in Barcelona and to sign for such a big club, unarguable one of the best team in the world.
‘I have dream of playing for a club like this since I was a kid, and me and my family feels privileged to be here. And I hope to help the team fight for every title.’
The 26 year old Portuguese international became Barcelona’s first summer signing this season.
