According to report reaching OYOGist.com, the FCT Police Command has arrested three persons who allegedly murdered a pharmacist identified as Sunday Ike. It was gathered that, the pharmacist was killed at his store identified as Suncell Pharmacy Gwarimpa on june 19, 2020, also he is the secretary of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria.
The three suspects in police custody are Danbala Buba, 42; Isah Rilwanu, 24; and Abdulhamid Nasir, 35. It was gathered that, the suspect took his Toyota Camry when they stormed into his store at night shooting him on the head immediately they sighted him.
However, DSP Anjuguri Manzah, who is FCT Police Public Relations Officer, stated that, the pharmacist Huawei phone and car was also recovered from the suspects.
Further speaking he said “two of the suspects, Danbala Buba and Isah Rilwanu were with the blue Toyota Camry and were apprehended in lafia, while the victims Huawei phone was with Abdulhamid Nadir and he was apprehended in his hideout in Jos.”
The PPRO also said that efforts are being made to apprehend the gang leader who is now on the run.
