Chelsea’s defensive woes this season has seen them languish in 4th place fighting for a top 4 finish with the likes of Leicester City and Wolverhampton wanderers. West Ham are currently holding out for a €70 million price tag on the player but Chelsea might not have to pay that much if they can convince the player of their plans for him.
