OYOGist.com has learned that following a 4 by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), the Force Criminal Investigations Department (FCID) has initiated examinations concerning the claim by a woman, Seyitan Babatayo that the artiste, Oladapo Oyebanjo, otherwise known as D’Banj sexually assaulted her.
Therefore, both the artist and the accuser have been invited to the Force Criminal Investigations Department, Abuja to give composed explanations and for cross-examination.
